    After 10+ yrs as a loyal customer the quality of the produce recieved in my opinion has reduced to a level that I'm not prepared to accept at the premium price I'm paying. So I cancelled my standing order and requested a refund of the balance of my account - over £200. The response NO refund you have to make a purchase. Sorry but this is just not acceptable, its my money not yours! Any chance of me returning as a customer in the future has now gone due to this attitude. I have repeatedly asked for a refund, no reponse. How to destroy customer loyalty!
