  Awful service, we purchased a car with lifetime warranty, we have had nothing but trouble with the car from the start (coolant levels dropping etc) we have taken the car back on numerous occasions to have it fixed and even had to pay an independent garage to find out the fault as eden told us there was not fault.. for the last few months (Aug-Nov 17) it has been in 6 times - the fault is still there and we have been charged in excess of £400 for a car that is supposed to be under warranty... absolutely useless...

  Fantastic service, not pushy at all. We are very quick to write bad reviews when things haven’t gone how we want them too but I have to say I have found the sales staff here to be friendly, open and got me the best car for my money. Wayne found me a Astra top spec that was 6 months old full of gadgets for the budget I had for a 3 year old Astra. He listened and got me a great finance deal. Will be using them for my next purchase. Aftersales have been brilliant too getting me a replacement parcel shelf delivered out to me at home as I was unable to get back to the garage for a while. Brilliant.
