  I purchased Lampshades in August last year, one of which has already faded. It was about 3' away from a window , which has a sun filter film on it, and the lampshade had only been out for part of that time until now due to decorators in. I went back to the shop to ask for help with this lampshade but the owner said there was nothing she could do. She was not interested in looking at the product in more detail by the outside light and repeated there was nothing she could do. The dyes must be very cheap to have faded as I have purchased lampshades from Kershaws in the past and they have lasted approx. 24 years. Very disappointing after sales care and will not be shopping there again
